The face I make when I hear someone say “retinol thins the skin”
🤣 But for real - retinol is a vitamin a derivative that helps to treat fine lines, acne, scars, pigment, and helps increase collgen and elastin production (as seen in the bottom picture)

Meaning, it’s actually thickening the dermis where all the collgen and elastin is. Our collgen starts decreasing at 21, so anyone can benefit from retional use to help decrease the signs of aging and poor skin texture.
